Share my ideas with clients and create the best option for them from scratch. The impression when I delivered the finish product is a worldly feeling. That's why I care about "the density of the process". Only at that moment, I realize the trust with my client by "becoming the best team!" With my clients and realizing their trust with "there is no doubt if you leave it to Mr. Asada" and this is my driving force to come up with more valuable ideas for my clients. Lastly, I enjoy working with my clients and working towards their happiness. I believe that this will lead others to have the same fulfillment.

As a designer, it is obvious to draw the client’s idea to take shape, but what I keep in mind is the relationship as a partner with the client. By being passionate together, an impression is born, and it not only extends to the client, but also to the people, the product and enterprise. The sense of gladness by seeing such a design in town is exceptional. Also, it’s important to have various drawers to not limit the design potential. The knowledge and experiences from drawers can lead to ideas beyond the imagination of the recipient. To keep pursuing creativity beyond the imagination will create excitement and new value.

What is important in DTP is the ability to see the "essence" that the client wants to convey. How can I properly convey these feelings? What is the most important thing to tell? For better quality is a must. For that reason, we not only grasp the intentions of our client in words, but also look carefully, listen carefully, to think about the best way, test it and actively propose it. And the sense of accomplishment for high quality is exceptional when I have gained the trust my clients. Photo retouching and editing ... there are various tasks, but the first underlying is "essence". I believe that is a qualification as a printing professional.

The production control office is the company's control tower. It is a responsible position to create a calculated story for the manufacturing scheduling, to construct the best process, so to speak. By accurately managing the manufacturing process through "pipes", we can cooperate with various departments and companies to create high quality. That is why I believe it is important to always have a broad perspective and to be a "lubricant" while being accurate in the control tower. Employees, clients, cooperating companies, all of which produce synergies, so that you can do the best job smoothly and pleasantly. What is important for the printing operator's job, which is responsible for the finishing of the printing process, which I believe is the "ability to think." To control the type of paper and the finish, it will change depending on the temperature and humidity of that day, in order to maintain high quality, I need to adjust our high-speed printing machines or rotate the head for the sake of accuracy. From the accumulation of my thoughts and experiences, it is possible to instantaneously offer "what is the best" that comes to mind. I believe that this "accumulation" will show my professionalism, confidence and pride; which will lead the level of manufacturing quality to a higher quality that goes beyond this world. I work everyday while accumulating the thoughts of our clients, and my own thoughts and experiences, one print at a time.
